Cleanliness may go unnoticed.
People should not.

What would the world be like without facility management? Without the professionals working behind the scenes, nothing would be the same.
More than 33,000 people work every day at LIWO Group to ensure that we are surrounded by a clean, orderly, and safe environment. They are the ones who support the smooth functioning of our daily lives, yet they often remain unnoticed. It is time to draw attention to their work!

At LIWO Group, in all nine countries, we are working to make the invisible work visible and to ensure that cleaners, maintenance staff, and all facility management professionals receive the recognition they deserve.
What would our world be like without cleaners?
A clean surrounding is easy to take for granted. Yet behind every clean space, there is always someone working in the background to ensure our environment remains orderly and comfortable. Cleaners and maintenance staff often do their jobs without being noticed. Many people don’t even greet them when they meet in a lift or pass them in a corridor.

But a clean environment is not something that exists on its own. Every day, B+N employees work to keep hospitals, office buildings, and public transport clean and well-maintained. Their work rarely receives attention, yet it is an essential part of a functioning society.

We believe cleaners deserve greater recognition
and appreciation.
It’s time we start noticing them.

THANK YOU to every cleaner
for your dedication and hard work!
